With the TPF ThermoPlastic Flowforming™ computer controlled process it is now possible to manufacture large, structural parts on low tonnage presses, resulting in significant investment (equipment, tooling) and component cost savings.

What materials can be used in the TPF ThermoPlastic Flowforming™ process?
The TPF ThermoPlastic Flowforming™ process is blind for the materials used: any polymer, virgin or recycled, in combination with additives, pigments, fillers, etc. and long (½-inch - 3-inch) glass fibers can be in line compounded, low shear extruded and compressed into the final structural component.

Can LRM assist me with the Design and Engineering of my part?
Yes, LRM provides expert Design and Engineering services, including FEA, tool design and proto typing, out of its HQ facility in Rockledge, Florida.

Can I license the TPF ThermoPlastic Flowforming™ Technology?
Yes, LRM offers the toll conversion option and in addition LRM will consider a globally patent protected TPF ThermoPlastic Flowforming™ technology license to companies interested.
